Returns

As a customer, you are guaranteed 14 days of returning your product from the day you receveed it. If you wish to return your product, please contact disascreatives@gmail.com with the subject "return", followed by your order refrence number in the message field, and the reason for the return. You will be receiving a return label of the return request is approved. Place the new label on it´s orginal packaging that came with the product, and return it at the delivery point nearby. The customer will be charged for the return fee. The amount will be determined based on the costumer´s location. As the product has been returned, reviewed, and approved, you will get a refund within 30 days. If the poster/print is damaged or not packed the same way it arrived to you, the total amount of the order will not be refunded.
