By using Disascreatives.com and/or purchasing products on the website, you confirm that you have read the Terms and conditions, our privacy policy, and have accepted them.

Colors 

Disa Creatives is constantly aiming towards providing you with the most correct description of a painting by explanation and pictures. Please take into consideration that colors shown in pictures can differ from their actual color, and that  we are not to be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

Price

All prices are stated in SEK and include local taxes, and fees, if needed. Disa Creatives (we) reserves the right to adjust or change any prices on the website at any time. 

The pricing is decided by following criterias: Sizing, time, materials and uniqueness of the art piece.

Shipping 

Disascreatives.com is providing shippment worldwide.

Delivery time is between 7-14 days, if not, you will be informed. Please take into account that we are doing our best at sending your orders as soon as possible. In case of exceptions such as disease or other disturbances, you will be informed.

Returns

As a customer, you are guaranteed 14 days of returning your object from the day you received it. If you wish to return your product, please contact Disascreatives.com with the subject “Return”, followed by your order reference number in the message field, and the reason for the return. You will be receiving a return label if the return request is approved. Place the new label on it´s original packaging that came with the product, and return it at a delivery point nearby. The customer will be charged for the return fee. The amount will be determined based on the customer's location. As the product has been returned, reviewed, and approved, you will get a refund within 30 days. If the illustration/poster is damaged or not packed the same way it arrived to you, the total amount of the order will not be refunded.

Order confirmation 

Disa Creatives will send you an order confirmation to the email address written at the checkout. Please be noted that the email confirmation is a verification of us receiving your order, and is not an order acceptance. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you by email. If we have already received payment for order, you will be refunded with the total amount of the purchase. 

Kindly contact us at Disa Creatives  as soon as possible if something turns out to be wrong with your order. 

Shipping confirmation

You will receive an email with relevant information about your order as soon as your item has been shipped.
