Colors
Disacreatives.com is constantly aiming towards providing you with the most correct description of a painting by explanation and pictures. Please take into consideration that colors shown in pictures can differ from their actual color, and that we are not to be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
Price
All prices are stated in SEK and include local taxes, and fees, if needed. Felicia S.Studio AB (we) reserves the right to adjust or change any prices on the website at any time.
The pricing is decided by following criterias: Sizing, time, materials and uniqueness of the art piece.
Shipping
Disa Creatives offers free shipping worldwide on all prints.
Delivery time is between 7-14 days, if not, you will be informed. Please take into account that we are doing our best at sending your orders as soon as possible. In case of exceptions such as disease or other disturbances, you will be informed. You will receive an email once the order has been shipped. If you can not pick up the order at the delivery point, which leads to the shipment being returned to us, we will happliy send it back to you again but at a fee of approximately 9 euros.

Returns
As a customer, you are guaranteed 14 days of returning your object from the day you received it. If you wish to return your product, please contact disascreatives@gmail.co, with the subject “Return”, followed by your order reference number in the message field, and the reason for the return. You will be receiving a return label if the return request is approved. Place the new label on it´s original packaging that came with the product, and return it at a delivery point nearby. The cost of the return will be the same as the delivery fee when you first purchased the product. The customer will pay for the shipment.
As the product has been returned, reviewed, and approved, you will get a refund within 30 days. If the art piece is damaged or not packed the same way it arrived to you, the total amount of the order will not be refunded.
Order confirmation
Disacreatives.com will send you an order confirmation to the email address written at the checkout. Please be noted that the email confirmation is a verification of us receiving your order, and is not an order acceptance. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you by email. If we have already received payment for order, you will be refunded with the total amount of the purchase.

Authenticity certificate
An authenticity certificate is made to assure you that the artwork is authentic and made by the artist Felicia Stojakovic. The certificate comes with every original painting. Each original* art piece will be signed, named and numbered by the artist, Felicia Stojakovic.
*original : An art piece that is unique and has not been printed out. Prints are not considered as original paintings, and will therefore not be signed with an authenticity certificate.
